Michael J. Durham

Michael Durham has a strong financial and management background, most notably in the airline and aerospace sectors. Having spent twenty years with AMR Corporation as CFO of American Airlines and CEO of Sabre, he is now the consummate board member. He serves as a member of the board of directors of Acxiom Corporation, AGL Resources, Asbury Automotive Group, and Bombardier Inc. Previous directorships include Kinkos and Hotwire, Inc.

Mr. Durham is a consultant through his own firm of Cognizant Associates, Inc. where he has acted as a paid advisor to unsecured creditors in the UAL (United Airlines) Bankruptcy. Durham and his family live in the Park Cities area of Dallas, Texas.
